Cyber Robotics Coding Competition (CRCC)

CRCC is a groundbreaking online robotics tournament that engages students in coding. Schools can compete and involve students through gaming and competition in STEM, coding and tech literacy. No previous experience is necessary, everyone can participate. CRCC is cloud-based, can be accessed from any computer and uses simulation of virtual 3D Robots that perform complex tasks and missions. By learning to program, planning and strategizing the virtual robot to participate, students will compete within their class, grade, school, district and state to win stages and progress to the finals.    
Education and Technology Program

Through our Education & Technology Program, ARRL offers grants for radio station equipment and related software equipment and resources for classrooms in the US.  The application requirements are straightforward: we look for commitment from teachers and school administration, a well conceived plan to use the resources to engage students, and a working relationship with local ham radio volunteers who will provide mentoring support for the school. 
Fostering Support of Mathematics Learning in Multilingual Classrooms (Pre-K-12)

The purpose of this grant is to provide financial assistance to pre-K-12 schools for in-service to increase understanding and expertise in fostering support of multi-language development when teaching mathematics. The proposed project must explicitly support the implementation of equitable and rigorous mathematics teaching that incorporates students' languages and cultures in their learning of mathematics. To this end, the proposed project should specifically address- ● the development of classroom materials with a consultant. The consultant must have expertise in both teaching mathematics and teaching language. AND/OR ● the purchase of materials to implement professional learning with educators towards the above stated goal.  
Maryland Humanities Mini Grant Program

2019 Congressional App Challenge

Middle and high school students from across America are invited to participate.The CAC was created because Congress recognizes how essential computer science and STEM skills are for economic growth and innovation, and that the U.S. is currently experiencing a dearth of adequately trained technical talent. By some estimates, there are nearly a quarter of a million unfilled programming jobs in the US. The CAC is a congressional effort to maintain American competitiveness, by proactively inspiring our youth and encouraging them to pursue these crucial skills.
