Purpose
To support forward-thinking U.S.-based K-12 teachers in the design, development, implementation, and growth of novel blended learning projects. The program identifies and awards exceptional school and classroom leaders focused on implementing new blended learning programs that are designed to overcome achievement gaps, drive engagement, and personalize learning for their students.
Eligibility
Applicants to The Foundation for Blended and Online Learning Innovative Educator Prize Program must: Be a licensed educator in grades K-12 (teacher, counselor, administrator). Be currently employed by an accredited K-12 school in the United States. Propose an innovative project that relates specifically to a replicable blended, online, or personalized learning program. Create proposals for a blended pilot program that meets students' needs by integrating the smart use of technology paired with an academic or SEL program.
